What data we process

Booking form. In the form you can enter: name, iPhone model, type of repair, place of the repair (optional) and notes (optional). This data is neither stored nor sent by the website: it is only used to write a WhatsApp message, which you send yourself by pressing "Send" in the chat.

Messages and calls. When you message or call us we receive your phone number, your WhatsApp profile name and the content of the messages.

Browsing data. The hosting service automatically logs some technical data (IP address, browser type, pages requested, date and time) needed to run and secure the website. It is not used to identify you.

Why we process it and legal basis

• Replying to your request, organising the repair at your location and carrying it out — pre-contractual measures and performance of the contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and the consent given in the form (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).
• Meeting tax and accounting obligations — legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).
• Keeping the website secure using browsing data — legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

WhatsApp

Messages are sent through WhatsApp, a service provided by WhatsApp Ireland Limited (Meta group), which processes them as an independent controller under its own privacy policy. If you prefer not to use WhatsApp, you can call us on the number above.

Who we share data with

Your data is not sold or passed on to third parties for marketing. It may only be processed by the providers needed for the service (WhatsApp for messages, Google Firebase for website hosting) and, where required by law, disclosed to the competent authorities.

The website is hosted by Google LLC (USA), which participates in the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework for transfers of data outside the European Union.

How long we keep it

• Conversations and request data: as long as needed to handle the repair and any follow-up, and no longer than 2 years.
• Tax documents: 10 years, as required by Article 2220 of the Italian Civil Code.
• Browsing data: for the period set by the hosting provider for security purposes.

Your rights

You can ask at any time to access, correct or delete your data, restrict its processing, receive it in a portable format, object to processing and withdraw your consent, without affecting the lawfulness of earlier processing (Arts. 15–22 GDPR). To do so, write to dysign.soluzioni@gmail.com or on WhatsApp.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (www.garanteprivacy.it), or with the authority in your country of residence.

Other information

Providing your data is optional, but without name, model and type of repair we cannot handle the request. We do not carry out profiling or automated decision-making. This policy may be updated: the current version is always available on this page.
